HEAP PROGRAMS
The HEAP Regular Benefit Component provides assistance with heating costs to New Yorkers with low-incomes.
HEAP EMERGENCY BENEFIT
The HEAP Emergency Benefit Component provides assistance with heat or heat-related emergencies for New Yorkers in low-income households.
HEATING EQUIPMENT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
The Heating Equipment Repair and Replacement Component of the HEAP Program provides assistance with repairing and/or replacing heating components necessary to heat your home, including furnaces, boilers, and other direct heating components.
HEAP COOLING ASSISTANCE
The HEAP Cooling Assistance Component assists with the purchase and installation of air conditioners (valued up to $800) or a fan to households that are found to be eligible.
