Disclaimer/Rules

Requirements- heating system. Must be 15 years old or older. Maximum size is 125,000 BTU's. Maximum value of the heating system is $3,000. Installed unit is to be the exact replacement to homeowners existing fuel supply - no conversions. Installed unit will include reconnection to existing supply and return point only. Polsinello Fuels must be able to install a digital programmable thermostat. Changes to existing duct work, piping, or air distribution system are not included. Additional upgrades to the system are the responsibility of the winner. Install does not include any asbestos abatement if necessary. Installation includes venting of new equipment to existing chimney – install does not include chimney upgrades, linings or repairs to the chimney. Upgrades necessary to meet building codes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide proper access to the home. Polsinello Fuels will install unit based on their schedule and has the right to retract the giveaway if specifications necessary for installation are not met within 30 days of drawing. Winner must allow Polsinello Fuels to use winner's likeness, residence and testimonials without limitation for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation.

Requirements- heating oil or propane. Customer must have proper storage at their home to receive Polsinello Fuels’ minimum deliveries. Storage must be up to code and in service. Costs to bring storage and storage system up to code are the responsibility of the winner. The winner must provide proper access to the home for all deliveries. Up to 500 gallons must be used within 1 year of drawing. All remaining unused gallons expire upon the 1 year anniversary of the drawing. Polsinello Fuels must be the only supplier of heating oil or propane to the winners home until the 500 gallons or 1 year expire (whichever comes first).

Eligibility-

This is for residential property only and must be located in PFI's service area in the Capital District. Entrants must be 18 years or older and must be the property owner. Employees and families of Polsinello Fuels and associated companies are not eligible. No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per household. Cannot be combined with any other offer or giveaway. Void if prohibited by law.

How to play-

By entering contest entrants must agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the judges' decision. Prizes are non-transferable with no substitutions permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entries will be accepted over the phone at 465-3535 extension 2 or by email. One entry per household, please. By entering, contestants give PFI the right to contact them by phone, email or in person. Five names will be randomly drawn from the contest entries for both the heating system and the heating oil/propane. The five contestants for each contest will then be qualified to make sure they meet the criteria. Anyone who does not meet the criteria will be disqualified and replaced by another randomly drawn contestant. After the qualification process, one winner will be drawn randomly from the five qualified contestants for each contest. The winner's names will be posted through Polsinello Fuels advertising/marketing. If a contestant registers for the heating system giveaway but purchases a heating system from Polsinello Fuels before the giveaway, they would be credited (up to $3,000) the amount paid for the system if they should be chosen the winner of the contest. By accepting prize winners agree that neither PFI or the affiliated companies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage costs or expenses arising from or in connection with participation.
