Disclaimer/Rules

Requirements-heating system must be 15 years old or older. Maximum size is 125,000 BTU's. Installed unit to be exact replacement to homeowners existing fuel supply - no conversions. Installed unit will include reconnection to existing supply and return point only. Must be able to install digital programmable thermostat. No changes to existing duct work, piping, or air distribution system are included. Additional upgrades are the responsibility of the winner. Does not include any asbestos abatement if necessary. Installation includes venting of equipment to existing chimney - does not include chimney upgrades, linings or repairs to the chimney. Upgrades necessary to meet building codes are the responsibility of the winner. Winner must provide proper egress to home. PFI will install unit based on their schedule and has the right to retract the giveaway if specifications necessary for installation are not met within 30 days of drawing. Winner must allow PFI to use winner's likeness, residence and testimonials without limitation for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation.

Eligibility-

This is for residential property only and must be located in PFI's service area in the Capital District. Entrants must be 18 years old or older and must be the property owner. Employees and families of PFI and associated companies are not eligible. No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per household. Cannot be combined with any other offer or giveaway. Void if prohibited by law.

How to play-

By entering contest entrants must agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the judges' decision. Prizes are non-transferable with no substitutions permitted. All taxes are sole responsibility of the winner. Entries will be accepted over the phone at 465-3535 extension 220 or by email. One entry per household, please. By entering contestants give PFI the right to contact them by phone, email or in person. Five names will be randomly drawn from the contest entries. The five contestants will then be qualified to make sure they meet the criteria. Anyone who does not meet the criteria will be disqualified and replaced by another randomly drawn contestant. After the qualification process one winner will be drawn randomly from the five qualified contestants. The winner's name will be posted on television and this website. If a contestant registers for the heating system giveaway but purchases a heating system from PFI, they would be credited the amount paid for the system if they should be chosen the winner of the contest. By accepting prize winners agree that neither PFI or the affiliated companies will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage costs or expenses arising from or in connection with participation.

Entries must be received by March 15, 2006. Drawing will be held on March 31, 2006.
